This is my second visit to A St Auto, as an elder on fixed income every penny counts...Joe works with me , tells me exactly what's wrong and my best options as a woman I appreciate that. Mechanics always do and excellent job, make whatever I end up paying, money well spent... A special Thumbs Up to "Joe, the desks service writer" he is conductor of this orchestra, the primary liaison between the customer and the mechanics, handling diagnostic explanations, repair estimates, and scheduling and personal customer needs, all handled with grace of a conductor.
