This is my second visit to A St Auto, as an elder on fixed income every penny counts...Joe works with me , tells me exactly what's wrong and my best options as a woman I appreciate that. Mechanics always do and excellent job, make whatever I end up paying, money well spent... A special Thumbs Up to "Joe, the desks service writer" he is conductor of this orchestra, the primary liaison between the customer and the mechanics, handling diagnostic explanations, repair estimates, and scheduling and personal customer needs, all handled with grace of a conductor.

My experiences with Owner, Rob (great guy), knowledgeable manager, Joe and the rest of the team worked with my early morning dropoff key box and 1pm same day pickup time schedule on all authorized repairs and received an additional discount being a AAA Member, just ask. Having confidence in an automotive repair shop is a hard thing to find these days and is so important to trust the people that take care of you and your vehicle when needed. It's not a matter of if your vehicle will need repair work done someday, but eventually when it does over the years of everyday wear and tear. Maybe contact them today and get familiar with their services so when you do need work done, you'll know who to call.
